AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Certification

It is an independent and objective confirmation of a third party (CeCert Sp. Z oo) that your Organization complies with the provisions of the Act of March 1, 2018 on counteracting money laundering and terrorist financing (AML / CTF), which in the scope of its regulation implements Directive (EU) 2015/849 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2015 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing. This confirmation is obtained as a result of an audit study – that is, sampling the system that operates in this area in your company.
